I thought it would be an interesting thread idea to put create one around Inescapable plot holes we have found in different TV Episodes.
I will kick it off.
The Walking Dead: SE9E5: What Comes After:
Insurmountable Plothole: A helicopter picks up Rick and Jadis in the final moments of the episode. It is not seen nor heard by the hundreds of people in four different groups in the immediate area; that have look out towers that help them see walker herds for miles.

Doctor Who: S11E7: Kerblam!
The Doctor and Companions were fitted with "productivity ankle bracelets" that tracked their location and work output at the beginning of their workday. And even though they are meant to ensure employee productivity, they were able to hide in a corner of the building/room for hours until closing before investigating the office.

This is a fun idea for a thread!
I'll go with the elephant in the room and name Game of Thrones S07E06 Beyond The Wall. So many plot holes to choose from.
How did the wights get chains to get Viserion out of the water? How did they get the chains on him to begin with? When did Gendry become an olympic runner? How did Dany get back to the group so quickly when they were stranded on the frozen island? Why is it that when the group killed a White Walker, every single wight died except one which was conveniently captured? Why did D&D think that a zombie polar bear was a good idea? The list goes on...

Doctor Who Series 11 Episode 9: It Takes You Away
Flesh moths, the "main threat" of the episode, magically vanish from the story in the 3rd act. (Venting here, but that whole episode was garbage)
